Dear fans, dear AJA lovers, at the end of a demanding and sometimes difficult season, I wanted to address you. First of all, to thank you sincerely for your support, your loyalty and your attachment to the club. We have managed to obtain the maintenance and this result is the fruit of a collective commitment. I have not been able to be as close to you as usual this season, but believe me, Auxerre is in my heart every moment. Today, the club is going through a period of transition, in a professional football universe that is undergoing a mutation and is very competitive, where it is not only necessary to survive but also to remain competitive. So, we will continue our growth and development to succeed in this new challenge that is presented to us. For this, I ask for your understanding and patience. The reflection I am leading today is constructive. It has been almost ten years since I took over AJA and I believe I have demonstrated my commitment and involvement to make this club grow and continue to make the pride of a whole territory. Our project is now to be more ambitious, to make AJA take a further step. On the infrastructure side, with the new stand, the leisure and service complex, as well as the hotel, on the economic side, by diversifying our revenues, particularly through international development, and of course, on the sports side, by giving a new impetus to our training policy and our professional team. This is why, after taking the time to reflect and consulting many components of the club's ecosystem, I have decided to modify the management of the professional team. I salute the work done during the second cycle of my governance, which allowed AJA to return to the elite and anchor itself there. I also want to recall the entire confidence I have placed in Baptiste Malherbe and my management team to carry out the mission I entrusted to them: to progress further, go higher, develop the club and ensure its permanence and future at the highest level. And finally, dear AJA lovers, I have confidence in you. So, have confidence in me too. And let's continue our progress together, united and determined. Go Auxerre! James Zhou
