Auxerre is now looking ahead to the new season and, in this context, the club is on the verge of securing the presence of one of its talents from the youth academy. Appearing three times with the first team this season, Mamoudou Cissokho (18) will sign his first professional contract this week. The young left winger will commit to a three-year deal with the AJA, where he is appreciated for his striking profile, capable of making individual differences, most often when he plays on the right side as a 'false foot'. In addition to his two late appearances in Ligue 1 against Metz and Angers, Cissokho played nearly half an hour against Monaco in the Coupe de France (1-2) and has made eight appearances on the team sheet in the Championship. He will be present at the restart with the pro team, to face Will Still, the future coach of Auxerre.
